1. Digital Products (E-Books)

All e-book sales are final. Due to the non-returnable nature of digital files, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the purchase is complete.

  • If you encounter a technical issue or a corrupted file, please contact us, and we will provide a fresh download link or a compatible file format.

2. Damaged or Defective Items (Replacement Only)

If your paperback book or merchandise arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.

  • We do not offer monetary refunds for items damaged during shipping; we only offer a direct replacement of the same item.

  • You must report the damage within [e.g., 7 or 14] days of delivery.

3. Other Physical Returns (Case-by-Case)

For all other concerns (such as an incorrect item received), refunds or exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. * We do not offer "change of mind" refunds once a physical item has been shipped.

  • If a refund is granted for a non-damaged item, it may be subject to a restocking fee, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
